The Admin Specialist responds to incoming communications through online channels, by phone and in person. Working closely with our sales agents, marketing team and other staff, this key team member provides a professional, welcoming point of contact for our clients, customers, and affiliates while maintaining a high level of productivity relative to administrative tasks. The Admin Specialist position is full time, reports to the COO, and is based primarily in our Stratham, NH office.

Answers incoming calls and email communications, providing accurate and appropriate information.
Greets and assists guests and maintains conference room schedules.
Provides wide-ranging administrative support, largely in an online environment, including file review.
Assists with mailings, package delivery service and vendor interactions.
Keeps reception area, conference rooms and agent meeting areas neat and orderly.
Assists with the production and distribution of online and social media marketing materials.
Communicates and collaborates with team members to address priority items and optimize productivity.
Develops working knowledge of agent tools and responds to basic support requests.
Shares weekend coverage duties on a rotating basis.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Refined communication skills, including refined writing skills and outstanding phone demeanor.
Proficient with G-Suite Apps; familiar with Mac OS, also Facebook business format.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Real estate knowledge and prior office experience preferred.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite/Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, is a plus.
Post secondary education desired.
