Responsibilities

  • respond to and follow up with leads, developing long term client relationships 
  • work with buyers and sellers
  • write and negotiate offers
  • appropriately represent the Bean Group reputation and brand

 

Qualifications

  •  active NH real estate sales license 
  •  current driver's license and reliable transportation
  •  solid written and verbal communication skills
  •  "good standing" status relative to state licensure, REALTOR organizations and affiliated MLS
